重组竹的力学性能试验

         

摘要

为了了解重组竹的破坏机理及应力—应变关系, 对碳化与非碳化重组竹进行了单轴方向的拉、压试验,确定了碳化和非碳化两种材料的顺纹抗拉、抗压强度及弹性模量.试验结果显示: 重组竹顺纹拉伸应力—应变呈线性关系; 重组竹顺纹压缩应力—应变关系则经历了弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段与塑性破坏阶段; 2种材料的抗拉强度均大于抗压强度; 碳化重组竹的拉伸和压缩试验都表现出材料的脆性性质, 破坏无预兆; 非碳化试件达到极限受压承载力后并未立即破坏, 仍保持一定的承载能力; 且碳化后的重组竹弹性模量与强度均小于非碳化重组竹.%In order to study the failure mechanism and stress-strain relationship of bamboo scrimber, uniaxial tensile and compression tests are carried out on carbonized and non-carbonized bamboo scrimber. The experimental results show that the tensile stress-strain relationship of bamboo scrimber is linear, and the compression stress-strain relationship of bamboo scrimber goes through elastic stage, elastic-plastic stage and plastic failure stage. The tensile strength of the two materials is greater than the compressive strength, the tensile and compression tests of the carbonized bamboo scrimber show that the brittleness of the material without obvious omen of damage and the non-carbonized specimens are not destroyed immediately after they reached the ultimate compressive capacity, but still maintain a certain bearing capacity; and the elastic modulus and the strength of the carbonized bamboo scrimber are both smaller than the non-carbonized bamboo scrimber.
