For strengthening the enterprise flexibihty radically,it is necessary for enterprise to carry out Business Process Reengineering (BPR) .The theory of expanded Petri net has been introduced into the domain of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) on the basis of comparison among several model tools frequently used in process description. A new Petri method net to describe the dynamic and parallel product development process is put forward, and the detailed model of designing and process planning of spare parts is built.
