Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a medical discipline which integrates the humanities and natural science.TCM culture,rooted in the Chinese traditional culture,plays a very important role in inheritance and renaissance of the Chinese civilization.This article mainly applies the principles of Communication to explore the significances of TCM cultural communication and its predicament which includes the environmental difficulties of propagation and the limitations of message senders.In the process of TCM cultural communication,cultural self-consciousness and root-consciousness must be emphasized and historical perspective should be valued.The function of Interpersonal Communication and Group Communication also should be stressed.%中医学是融合了人文、自然科学的医学学科,植根于中国传统文化的中医文化在中华文明的传承与复兴中有着非常重要的作用.依据传播学的基本原理,中医文化的传播具有重要意义同时也面临困境,包括传播环境的严峻以及传播者自身的窘迫等.中医文化的传播必须强调文化主体意识、重视文化本根意识,以客观历史的角度传播,同时也要重视人际传播与群体传播的作用.
