目的 研究葵花胃康灵胶囊治疗浅表性胃炎和萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效.方法 选取我院收治的60例患有浅表性胃炎和(或)萎缩性胃炎的患者,所有患者均接受葵花胃康灵胶囊口服治疗,每日3次,每次4粒,将所有患者分为3组,A组25例治疗1个疗程(6盒),B组20例治疗2个疗程,C组15例治疗3个疗程.比较患者治疗结果的有效率,病理改变.结果 A组治疗后症状缓解的有效率96％;B组90％;C组93.3％,3组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),病理改变、胃镜下检查情况3组有效率亦差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)另外根据患者资料使用SPEARMAN秩相关分析,可知在6盒药物范围内,患者随所用药物单位量的增加,药效逐渐增强,＞6盒的患者,药效与药量无明显相关性(P＞0.05).结论 葵花胃康灵治疗浅表性胃炎和萎缩性胃炎的时候,是随药量、疗程的延长使药效增强,6盒为1个疗程,3个疗程的治疗剂量下可以保证最佳的药效.%Objective To study the clinical curative effect of stomachrecovering capsule on the treatment of superficial gastritis and atrophic gastritis.Methods Select 60 cases diagnosed with superficial gastritis and or atrophic gastritis patients,all of the patients accept stomachrecovering capsule in oral therapy for 2 times per day and were divided into three groups of which group A 25 cases for 1 treating course with 6 boxes,20 cases in treatment group B with 2 course of the treatment,15 cases of group C with 3 courses of treatment.Compare the clinical effect of the each treatment in efficient,pathological changes.Results The effective rate of Group A was 96%,90% of group B,93.3% of group C,there shows no difference in three groups(P>0.05),there neither significant differences in pathology,gastroscope inspection status under the three groups(P>0.05) moreover according to SPEARMAN rank correlation analysis,at the range in six boxes ,the clinical efficacy can be increased with the amount of the drugs unit.Whereas at the range of more than 6 boxes,there had been no significant correlation in efficacy and dosage(P>0.05).Conclusion There are no greatly correlation in clinical effect and dosage of stomachrecovering capsule.it can be the best clinical effect at 6 boxes in 1 course of treatment,with which can save the medical resources as well as the costs for patients.
