PBL教学模式在骨科临床护理带教中的应用与体会

         

摘要

目的 研究以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学模式在骨科临床护理带教中应用及其效果.方法 结合骨科患者特点,将PBL教学过程划分为“提出问题—自学解题—实训演练—交流讨论—总结评价”五个环节;以股骨颈骨折患者预防压疮为案例,在明确教师、实习生、患者与医院等行为主体角色基础上,完成了案例准备、教学准备与教学实施等教学过程.结果 通过PBL教学,实习生出科前理论考试及技术操作考核合格率均达到了90%以上;96.7%以上的实习生认为,其基本理论、专科技能等明显提高.结论 PBL教学提高了实习生主动学习护理知识、掌握护理技能的意愿,提升了实习生实践操作能力,促进了教学相长.%Objective To explore the method and effect of PBL Training Mode applied in Nursing Guide and Teaching of Orthopedics Clinics. Methods Combined with the nursing characteristics of orthopaedic patients, the PBL training process was divided into five links which included question proposing, self-learning problem-solving, drills training, discussing and exchanging and summary evaluating; patients with femoral neck fracture in prevention of pressure sore were involved, based on the clear roles of teachers, nursing students, patients and hospital,case preparation, teaching preparation and training practice were completed. Results By PBL training mode the past rate of nursing theory test and technical operation test reached 90% or more for the nursing students; 96.7% of the nursing students felt the basic theory and specialized skills improved significantly. Conclusion PBL training mode improved the aspiration for nursing students to learn nursing knowledge and master nursing skills, and enhanced the students ability to operate in practice and promoted the teaching and learning.
