Objective To evaluate the effects of Hexue Mingmu for hemorrhage of macular in hypermyopia patients.Methods A random controlled study was performed on 48 patients(48 eyes).The patients were assigned into 2 groups randomly:24 patients in Ⅰ group(Hexue Mingmu,24 eyes);24patients in Ⅱcontrol group(Yunnan Baiyao, 24eyes).Results After six months,The rate of effectiveness of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group didn' t show statistical difference(P= 0.149 ＞0.05),the rate of marked improvement of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group showed statistical difference(P= 0.018 ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Hexue Mingmu is an effecfive drug for hemorrhage of myopic macular degeneration,It' s helpful in eliminating the hemorrhage and improving the patient' s BCVA.%目的 探讨和血明目片对高度近视眼合并黄斑出血临床治疗的疗效及可行性.方法 2007年9月至2009年9月我院收治的48例(48只眼)高度近视眼合并黄斑出血的患者,随机分成两组,分别给予治疗,Ⅰ组为和血明目片(24例,24只眼);Ⅱ组为云南白药胶囊(24例,24只眼).结果 随访6个月后.Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组有效率无统计学意义(P=0.149＞0.05),显效率有统计学意义(P=0.018＜0.05).结论 和血明目片治疗高度近视眼合并黄斑出血临床有效,能明显消除积血,改善患者视力.
