目的 观察瑶药止痛贴穴位敷贴治疗癌痛的止痛效果.方法 将180例患者随机分为两组,治疗组90例用瑶药止痛贴穴位敷贴合并三阶梯治疗方案,对照组90例单用三阶梯治疗方案.观察两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组有效率为94.4％,对照组有效率为65.6％,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 瑶药止痛贴穴位敷贴合用三阶梯能有效地控制癌痛,对改善患者生活质量具有重要意义.%Objective To study the effect of Yao-Yao pain-killing sticking stuff by Acupoint Application on cancer pain.Methods A randomized,controlled trials was conducted on 180 patients.Patients were randomly assigned to receive Yao-Yao pain-killing sticking stuff (n=90) combined with tri-ladder analgesia therapy or tri-ladder analgesia therapy alone (n=90).we evaluate outcomes between two groups.Results Pain relief rete was 94.4% in the intervention group and 65.6% in controlled group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yao-Yao pain-killing sticking stuff is superior to tri-ladder analgesia therapy alone in controlling cancer pain.
