07MnVTiNb耐候钢在模拟沿海大气环境中的腐蚀行为的研究

         

摘要

采用X-ray对基体的腐蚀产物进行了分析,应用动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱(EIS)等分析方法研究了裸钢和带锈试样的电化学特征.结果表明:腐蚀前期的腐蚀速率大于后期.含La的试样钢腐蚀电流密度较小,锈层电阻值较大,耐蚀性更好,随着干湿交替腐蚀的进行,腐蚀电位正向移动.07MnVTiNb耐候钢的腐蚀产物中含有α-FeOOH,β-FeOOH,少量的γ-FeOOH和Fe2O3等,添加La的试样的保护性锈层α-FeOOH更多,对基体有较好的粘附性.%The corrosion behavior and behavior of 07MnVTiNb weathering steel in coastal atmospheric environment were studied by laboratory simulation.The corrosion products were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction spectrum.The electrochemical characteristics of bare steel and rust sample were studied by means of dynamic potential polarization curves and AC impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results show that the corrosion rate is higher than that of the later stage.The corrosion current density of the sample with La is smaller, and the corrosion resistance of the rust layer is larger, which indicates that the corrosion resistance of La sample is better, and the corrosion potential is moving forward with the alternation of wet and dry etching.07MnVTiNb weathering steel corrosion products contains α-FeOOH, β-FeOOH, a small amount of γ-FeOOH and Fe2O3.The the specimens with addition of La obtained the protective rust layer α-FeOOH more , resulting in the better adhesion of matrix.
