Duo to the crack accident on the box base arc under the UR rolling mill gear seat in actual production of a rail beam plant, UR mill main drive system of geometric model was established to master the influence of different biting speed on the box under the gear seat.ANSYS Workbench of LS-DYNA module was used to complete the numerical simulation of the mill rolling process of UR.The effects of different biting speed on stress and deformation of UR rolling mill gear box was analyzed, and reasons for the abnormal situation of UR mill gear seat was determined, providing a theoretical basis for setting up the reasonable bite steel speed.%基于对某轨梁厂UR轧机齿轮座下箱体底座圆弧处的裂纹事故,为掌握高速咬钢冲击对齿轮座下箱体的影响,建立了UR轧机主传动系统的几何模型,采用ANSYS Workbench当中的LS-DYNA模块完成了对UR轧机轧制过程的数值模拟,分析不同的咬钢速度对UR轧机齿轮箱应力及形变量的影响,并判断UR轧机齿轮座出现异常的原因,为设置合理的咬钢速度提供理论依据.
