基于Elta的钢管感应加热数值模拟与试验研究

         

摘要

本文以P110(30MnCr22)级无缝钢管为研究对象,结合电磁感应加热的基本原理,利用Elta软件对无缝钢管的快速感应回火温度进行模拟分析.对比不同频率和电流下的升温曲线,选择1000 Hz、20A的加热参数进行中频感应回火试验.模拟与试验温度曲线的对比表明,模拟温度曲线与试验温度曲线基本吻合.同时利用蔡司显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察不同回火工艺下的试样组织,感应回火组织较传统回火组织晶粒更细.初步研究表明,相同回火温度下,感应回火具有加热速度快,效率高的特点,且感应回火组织更细,析出物分布更均匀.%Combined with the basic principle of electromagnetic induction heating,the fast induction tempering temperature of seamless steel pipe was simulated and analyzed by using Elta software with P 110(30MnCr22)seamless steel tubes as the research object.The medium frequency induction heating tempering was carried out under 1000 Hz and 20 A after comparing the heating curves of different frequency and current selection.The comparison of the simulation curve with the test temperature shows that,the simulation curve of temperature and the test temperature curve are basically identical.At the same time, Zeiss microscope and scanning electron micro-scope were used to observe the microstructure under different tempering processes,which indicates that finer grains were obtained by u-sing the induction tempering than the traditional tempering process.The results show that under the same tempering temperature,the induction tempering has the characteristics of fast heating and high efficiency,and the microstructure of induction tempering is finer, with the precipitates evenly distributed.
