基于小管径的电磁流量计T型磁芯参数仿真研究

     

摘要

针对生产测井狭小空间测量环境下,提出有一种励磁结构为T型磁芯的集流型电磁流量计,运用有限元软件ANSYS对这种T型磁芯建立磁场仿真模型,并对不同T型磁芯形状参数下流量计测量区域的磁场进行仿真分析,研究了电磁流量计励磁结构中T型不同参数磁芯对流量计磁场的影响特性.研究结果可为生产测井小管径电磁流量计T型磁芯的设计应用提供参考依据.%Aiming at the measured environment under narrow production logging, a kind of electromagnetic flowmeter with excitation structure of T-type core was put forward.The magnetic field simulation model of this T-type core was set up by using the finite element software ANSYS.The T-type core with different parameter effection to the magnetic field on flowmeter measurement area was analyzed using this model,and the characteristics of the T shape magnetic core with different parameters in electromagnetic flowmeter excitation structure was studied.The results can provide a reference for the design and application of T-type core electromagnetic flowmeter under the narrow production logging.
