磁场退火时间对普通取向硅钢组织与织构的影响

     

摘要

In order to study the effect of magnetic field annealing on the recrystallization structure of ordinary oriented silicon steel,the change of annealing structure and texture was analyzed under the same magnetic induction intensity.The texture,orientation difference and coincidence position lattice(CSL)of the magnetic field annealing phase of ordinary oriented silicon steel were observed and stud -ied by using optical microscope and EBSD.The results show that the grain size is more uniform when the magnetic induction intensity is 0.12 T and the annealing time is 300 s, and the strong Gaussian texture {110} <001>is formed.At the same time, {111}<112>,{111} <110>and the ratio of Σ3 grain boundary is increased; and the proportion of small angle grain boundary is de-creased compared with that of the non-applied magnetic field.The ratio of large angle grain boundary is relatively improved, and the{012} <001>texture of secondary recrystallization is enhanced.%为研究磁场退火对普通取向硅钢再结晶组织的影响,在相同磁感应强度下,分析不同磁场加载时间对退火组织及织构的变化.采用光学显微镜及扫描电镜附件的电子背散射衍射装置(EBSD)观察并研究普通取向硅钢磁场退火阶段的织构、取向差及重合位置点阵(CSL)的变化.结果表明:在磁感应强度为0.12T、退火时间300s时,晶粒尺寸更加均匀,形成更多高强度的高斯织构{110} <001>,同时{111} <112>和{111} <110>有利织构增强, Σ3晶界比例增加;此外,小角度晶界的比例同未施加磁场相比较有所下降,大角度晶界比例相对提高,促进二次再结晶发展的{012}<001>织构增强.
