石拱桥延时爆破设计方案优化及数值模拟

     

摘要

采用分段延时爆破的方法拆除了一座长60.58 m,宽12 m的单跨石砌拱桥.根据该单跨石砌拱桥的受力特点和爆破切口设置位置的研究,分别设计了4种不同工况下的爆破拆除优化方案.利用Ansys/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对4中工况下的爆破方案进行了数值模拟并优化了模拟过程,通过实际爆破效果和数值模拟对比分析,证明了施工方案的可靠性和安全性,取得了很好地爆破效果,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值.%The method of segmented delay blasting was used to remove a single span stone arch bridge with a length of 60.58 m and a width of 12 m.According to the characteristics of the single-span stone arch bridge and the location of the blasting incision,4 different blasting demolition schemes were designed.The simulation results were carried out by using the finite element analysis soft-ware An-sys/LS-DYNA to simulate the blasting scheme under 4 working conditions.The simulation and process of the blasting and numerical simulation were verified,which proved the reliability and safety of the construction scheme.As very good blasting effect was obtained, it may have a certain reference value for similar projects.
