SmCo7-xCux金属间化合物特性

         

摘要

The crystal structure and magnetic properties of SmCo7-xCux alloys were investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction and magnetization measurements. X-ray diffraction shows that samples with 0.8<x<4.0 crystallized a single disordered hexagonal TbCu7 type structure, which indicates that Cu is beneficial for stability of the 1:7 phase. Both the lattice parameters and unit cell volume increase with increasing Cu content. However, the saturation magnetization and Curie temperature decrease with increasing x. The magnetically aligned samples show strong uniaxial magnetocrystalline anisotropy. According to the structural refinement and magnetism analysis, Cu prefers to occupy at 2e and 3g crystal sites.%应用粉末X射线衍射和磁测量研究了SmCo7-xCux合金的晶体结构和磁性.X射线衍射显示,在0.8<x<4.0范围内,SmCo7-xCux合金具有单相的六方TbCu7型结构,Cu添加有益稳定1:7相.随Cu含量x的增加,点阵常数和晶胞体积都增大,饱和磁感应强度和居里温度降低.磁场取向样品展示单轴磁晶各向异性.根据结构精修和磁分析结果,Cu占据2e和3g晶位.
