介绍了一种用于测定中成药中微量砷( As)和汞( Hg)元素的方法——微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法。讨论了仪器的工作参数、实验条件、共存元素对分析结果的干扰;同时,通过加标回收试验,对该法进行了验证。实验结果表明,该法具有快速、简便、准确等特点,适用于实验室常规分析。%A method,microwave digestion- hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,for the determination of arsenic(As) and mercury(Hg) in traditional Chinese patent medicines is introduced in this study.The experimental conditions and the instrumental operation parameters were optimized.The interferences of coexistent elements in traditional Chinese patent medicines for the determination of As and Hg were investigated.The accuracy of the method was confirmed by the method of standard additions.This method proved to be simple,rapid and repeatable,and it is suitable for the routine analysis in laboratories.
