[目的/意义]作为重要的网络应用之一，维基百科在社会的许多方面发挥着重要作用。研究维基百科词条的质量，探索优化词条质量的途径与方法，有利于用户有效地使用、评价此类信息资源并对其它信息资源的发展与研究提供帮助。[方法/过程]在文献调研的基础上，对维基百科的基本情况进行了阐述，讨论并分析了维基百科词条编辑与管理的六个重要措施，接着对目前重要的百科词条质量评价的方法进行了探讨，然后从词条的编辑背景、管理措施以及使用情况三方面论述了维基百科词条质量的影响因素。[结果/结论]在对词条质量的多方面分析之后，本文提出了维基百科词条质量的优化策略，认为可以从编辑者、词条内容、用户群体类型以及使用"场景"四个角度出发优化词条的质量。%Purpose/Significance] Wikipedia, as one of the most important web applications, plays an important role in many aspects of society. Study the quality of Wikipedia entry, explore ways and methods to optimize the quality of entries, it is helpful for users to use and evaluate such information resources effectively, and also provide help for the development and research of other information resources. [ Method/Process] On the basis of literature research, this paper expounds the basic situation of Wikipedia, discusses and analyzes six im-portant measures of Wikipedia entry editing and management, and then discusses the current important method of quality evaluation of Wikipedia entries, and then discusses the influence factors of Wikipedia entry quality from three aspects: the editorial background, the management measures and the use of the articles. [ Result/Conclusion] After the analysis, we put forward the optimization strategy of Wikipedia entry quality, and we believe that the quality of the entries can be optimized from four perspectives:editors, entry contents, us-er group types and the "scene" of use.
