[目的/意义]互联网时代深入了解公众政府信息获取网络渠道使用意愿，有利于提高政府信息服务质量。[方法/过程]以技术接受和利用整合模型( UTAUT)和相关心理行为概念整合为基础，构建公众获取政府信息网络渠道使用意愿模型，并进行回归分析。[结果/结论]等待时间对网络渠道使用意愿影响最显著，其次是自我概念、享乐动机、绩效期望、社会影响，控制变量年龄、学历、收入、上网频率对网络渠道使用意愿有显著影响。%Purpose/Significance] In-depth knowledge of use intention of online access to government information in the Internet era is understood, so as to enhance the quality of government information service. [ Method/Process] A model of use intention of online access to government information based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology( UTAUT) and psychological behavior conception is proposed, and analyzed by Multiple regression. [Result/Conclusion]The waiting time, self-concept, hedonic motivation, performance ex-pectancy, and moderator effects about age, education background, income and online frequency for citizens have a significant impact on online use intention.
