针对现有本体映射方法对本体结构信息挖掘的缺乏，研究基于结构量化的本体映射方法，以支持本体对齐和互操作等本体集成工程。该方法首先将待映射的两个本体分别描述为树形结构，定义并量化其概念的结构关系；然后，基于概念的结构量化向量计算概念的相似度，从而得到本体概念间的映射。该方法通过量化和挖掘本体结构信息，发现不同本体的不同概念间的语义关系。试验证明，该方法的精确率和召回率较令人满意。%In order to solve information deficiency of ontogy sturcture for present ontogy mapping method. In this paper, we study ontolo-gy mapping based on structure quantification to support ontology integration project of ontology alignment and ontology Interoperation. Firstly,this approach presents two candidate ontologies as tree graphs separately. Secondly we defines and quantifies the structure relation-ships between concepts in the ontology tree graph. Finally, it calculates the similarity of two concepts respectively from two ontology based on structure quantification vector so as to obtain mapping relationships between the ontologies. By quantifying and mining the information of ontology structure, the approach can disclosed the semantic relationship between concepts from different ontologies. The experimental research results show that the approach got approving rate of recall and precision.
