Constructing "a golden standard" for the Evaluation of the Validity of Intelligence Research (EVIR), that is, "an ideal process model of intelligence research". Exploring the flaws of traditional intelligence research process in information demand analysis, in-formation searching and intelligence analysis, and imbedding Meta-analysis and ACH into the process of intelligence research. "The ideal process model of intelligence research" proposed in this study can ensure the realization of the validity of intelligence research to a highest possible degree and it is an unending, repeated process. "The ideal process model of intelligence research" can be adopted as the common comparison standard of EVIR.%构建情报研究有效性评价“金标准”，即“理想化情报研究流程模型”。探索传统情报研究流程在信息需求分析、信息搜索和情报分析阶段存在的缺陷，将Meta分析及ACH嵌入情报研究流程；结果：“理想化情报研究流程”能最大限度地保证研究有效性的实现，是一个不断循环的、反复迭代、可重复性强的过程；结论：“理想化情报研究流程模型”可作为情报研究有效性评价的通用比较标准。
