FDI from multinational company in the production distribution of the global has greatly promoted the degree of intra-production specialization in ASEAN countries and more and more intermediate products trade can reflect the extent of intra-production specialization. In order to determine the extent of the intra- production specialization and its relationship with FDI in ASEAN countries, on the basis of analyzing FDI and intermediate products trade of ASEAN coun- tries in recent years, the author found that with the recovery of FDI flows in the world, ASEAN countries, who are still in the low end of the value chain, promote their degree of participating in the global production networks as they in- troduce more FDI, although their place in the value chain has no obvious ascen- sion in short term. As such, on the basis of theoretical analysis the author hy- pothesizes that there may be positive relation between FDI and the degree of par- ticipating in the intra-production specialization and global production networks. Fi- nally after establishing quantity model of more ten years' data of FDI and inter- mediate products trade in asean countries, the author found that in the long term, they have the double causality between multinational company FDI and intermedi- ate products trade. There is long-term positive interaction between FDI and inter- mediate products trade in ASEAN countries, and in the short term, there only ex- ists certain relation between import and export of intermediate product, but FDI has no connection with import and export of intermediate product based on the empirical analysis.%跨国公司FDI在全球的生产布局极大地促进了东盟国家产品内分工的发展。本文分析了东盟国家近年来FDI和中间产品贸易的现状，发现随着世界FDI流动的不断恢复，在产品内分工处于价值链中后端位置的东盟国家，虽然位置没有明显提升，但在引入FDI增加的同时其参与产品内国际分工的程度却在不断加深；在理论分析的基础上进一步提出跨国公司FDI与产品内分工的程度可能存在良性互动关系的假设，并建立数量模型对东盟五国十多年来FDI与中间产品贸易的数据进行进一步分析，发现长期内跨国公司FDI与中间产品贸易即产品内分工之间存在着双重的因果关系，而短期内只有中间产品进出口之间具有一定的联系，FDI与中间产品进出口没有必然的因果关系。
