校企合作劳动技能培训中职业素养教育的问题与对策

         

摘要

In recent years, the community began to pay close attention to the quality of higher vocational education personnel training, but also requires the development of specialized examination system for vocational college graduates to consider the professional quality. Therefore, higher vocational col eges began to change the original training mode, continuous innovation mode of classroom teaching, and improve the content of the classroom teaching, enhance the cooperation between school and enterprise labor skills training, improve the students' practical ability and creating ability, how to strengthen the students' professional quality culture in the first place, further promoting the quality of higher vocational education talents.%随着社会的发展,社会各界越来越重视高等教育的人才培养质量,同时还要求制定专门的考核体系对大学生生的职业素养进行考量。因此,高等院校开始改变原有的培养模式,不断创新课堂教学模式,完善课堂教学内容,同时增强校企合作劳动技能培训,提高学生的实践能力和不断创造能力,将如何强化学生职业素养培养放在重--位置,进一步提升高等教育人才质量。
