Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of our national economy, and the financing problem has always been a problem of the development. The instrument of asset securitization as a financing technology can serve as an innovative tool to open up new way for financing. This article embarks from the theory of asset securitization, combined with actual situation in our country, particularly the analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises, reflects about how to make use of asset securitization technology to broaden the financing channels.
