M56块条湖组致密油水平井开发优化设计与应用

         

摘要

针对三塘湖盆地马朗凹陷M 56块二叠系条湖组(P2 t )致密油直井压裂投产初期高产,随后产量快速下降的生产实际 ,展开水平井+大型体积压裂技术的攻关试验.应用Eclipse油藏数值模拟软件 ,建立机理模型,对水平井井网形式及参数进行优化设计 ,认为最优井网形式为水平井矩形五点法 ,其水平段长为500~800 m ,排距为400 m ,压裂最优主缝半长为200 m、导流能力为30 D · cm ,水平段长在500~800 m的压裂缝条数分别为8、9、11、12.现场应用24口 ,初期平均单井产量达17 .7 t/d ,为直井的7-10倍,为同类型油藏的有效开发提供了很好的借鉴.%Aiming at tight oil vertical well fracturing production reality of Tiaohu formation of M56 block in Malang sag of Santanghu basin ,the test of horizontal well plus large bulk fracturing technology was launched .Optimization design of horizontal well pattern and its parameter was made through setting up mechanism model with the help of Eclipse reservoir simulation software .It is believed that optimal well pattern is the rectangle five-spot pattern of horizontal well with its horizontal interval being 500~800 m ,array pitch 400 m ,the radius of optimal fractured ma-jor fissure 200 m and flow conductivity 30 Docm .This technology was applied to 24 horizontal wells .In the initial stage of its application ,average oil production per well was 17 .7 t/d ,7~10 times over the vertical well ,providing a reference for the effective development of the reservoirs of the same type .
