In light of production features in different stages of stable production period ,integrated string design was made for the horizontal gas well of a shale reservoir in Fuling .The string service life prolonged effectively .Based on node system analysis method and by using Pipesim software ,the system node analysis chart was worked out for three-formation pressure timing in the stable production period .Sensitivity analysis was performed as to the tubing diameter and gas-nozzle size desired for proration production and a set of relevant dynamic orientation method was established .The optimized tubing of 50 .7 mm size for the horizontal gas well meets the requirements of liquid with-drawal ,erosion resistant and no hydrate formation in three stages of stable production period .This method is valua-ble theoretically .%涪陵地区某页岩储层水平气井在考虑稳产期不同阶段的生产特征的基础上进行了一体化管柱设计 ,有效延长了油管使用寿命.基于节点系统分析法,利用 Pipesim软件做出了稳产期三个地层压力时间点的系统节点分析图 ;对满足配产量下的油管直径和气嘴尺寸进行了敏感性分析;综合考虑该页岩气井配产量、能否携液、是否抗冲蚀、是否生成水合物等因素,建立了一套油管直径和气嘴尺寸的动态确定方法.对于该页岩气井 ,优选得到50 .7 mm的油管在稳产期的三个阶段能够满足携液、抗冲蚀、不生成水合物的要求.该方法可为现场页岩气井合理选择油管直径和气嘴尺寸提供理论参考.
