Taxcdium mucromatum×Cryptomeria fortunei belongs to Taxodium of Taxodiaceae,which originated from the wide cross of Taxodium mucronatum Ten（♀） and Cryptomeria fortunei（♂）.×Taxodiomeria peizhongi also possesses additional good properties including saline tolerance（salt content is blow 3.9‰）,alkali tolerance（7≤pH≤8.9）,moisture resistance and provides good landscape.It has been spread in Shanghai and coastal areas of eastern China.In the paper,the physical and chemical properties of eight different mixed substrates and their effects on growth and development of Taxodiomeria peizhongii were studied.The results showed that mixed substate A8[peat/perlite /soil（2∶1∶1）]was best fort × Taxodiomeria peizhongii cultivation.%东方杉是以墨西哥落羽杉（Taxodium mucronatum）为母本,柳杉（Cryptomeria fortunei）为父本的杂交种。东方杉生性强健,适应性强,能耐干旱、耐水湿,在上海乃至我国东部沿海地区都具有重大的推广价值。该文利用不同的混合基质对东方杉扦插苗进行移栽试验,并测定混合基质的理化性质、营养含量及扦插苗在混合基质中的生长状况。结果表明：配方A8[泥炭＋珍珠岩＋菜园土（2∶1∶1）]为比较理想的栽培基质。
