4种草履蚧防治药剂持效期试验

         

摘要

Drosicha corpulertta Kuwana is a major pest of poplar production process. Chemical control is one of the more commonly used methods. To study persistent period of four kinds pesticides (40% Methidathion, 2. 5% Lambda-cyhalo- thrin,Acetamiprid and 20% Emamectin-benzoate) which high effect and low toxicity, the control experiment carried by spraying pesticides on poplar branches, then observing and statistical mortality rates of nymphae which are placed on the branches in the different time periods. The results showed that four pesticides have a significant effect. The control effect gradually decreased to 50% after 13 days. In addition, statistics show that the persistence of Methidathion is 11.2 days, which longer than the other three pesticides. To ensure the control effect, the author suggested that the spraying should be added every 7 - 10 days in production.%草履蚧是危害杨树的重要害虫,化学防治是目前较为常用的方法之一。为了明确40%杀朴磷、2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯、啶虫脒、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐等4种高效、低毒药剂的持效期,该试验通过在喷药的枝条上,不同时间段接触草履蚧若虫,观察统计死亡率情况。结果表明:4种药剂对草履蚧防治效果均显著,且随着时间的延长,防治效果逐步降低,至13d时防治效果下降到50%以下。此外,统计显示杀朴磷的持效期长于其他3种药剂,达到11.2d,建议生产中每7~10d应补充喷施药剂,以确保对草履蚧的防治效果。
