The performance of Japanese electronics companies has declined dramatically in recent years and their operation run into difficulties. The major cause lies in innovation stagnation, that is,compa- nies have not invested in new technology and R&D activities for a long time with disruptive innovation coming to the end. Although American companies also have innovation stagnation,America has the en- vironment that can push"disruptive wheel" for companies while Japanese companies do not have. Chi- na's companies also come up against innovation stagnation,they should be aware of the significance of incessant disruptive innovation. On the other hand , China's government should create favourable envi- ronment for"disruptive wheel"in order to help companies to avoid the predicament caused by innova- tion stagnation.%日本电子工业企业近些年业绩大幅下滑,经营陷入困境。造成这一局面的主要原因是创新停滞,即企业在相当长一段时期内没有新技术的投入和研发,破坏性创新不再持续。美国企业虽然有创新停滞现象,但美国有能够推动＂破坏之轮＂的环境,从而使一些企业持续进行破坏性创新,而日本企业缺乏这种环境。创新停滞问题也在我国企业中出现,因此我国企业应当认识到持续不断地进行破坏性创新的重要意义,政府也应当积极培育有利于＂破坏之轮＂发展的环境,帮助企业避免创新停滞导致的困境。
