As thoughts come out of the times, the community consciousness of China nation features the times ever since its awakening in modern China. The times attribute of this consciousness varies from the period of struggles against imperialism and feudalism to the establishment of the Peoples' Republic of China, to the new historical period of reform and opening and to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
