法国旅华客源市场消费行为与预测研究

         

摘要

In 2014,China and France see the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations ,and at present, the inbound tourism of France is an important market of China ’ s inbound tourism.In this paper,from the political rela-tions,the tourism climate resource ,cultural and national characteristics explores where China ’ s tourism market attracts French tourists,and from sex,occupation,the purpose of tourism and the products French tourists are most interested in dis-cusses the consumer ’ s behavior of French visiting-China market .The results of the study are shown as follows: Since 2005,the various market segments are on the rise .Among them,male,student market and shopping market have great po-tential for development;China ’ s profound culture deeply attracts the French tourists , and we should vigorously develop tourism products with Chinese characteristics on the market .Finally,regression analysis is carried out on the collected data by using the computer software Excel ,using polynomial regression analysis and power regression analysis on arrivals and foreign exchange revenue of entry ,we can predict that the French visiting-China market ‘s tourism indicators in the next five years will continue to grow .%2014年是中法建交50周年,目前,法国入境客源市场是我国入境旅游的重要市场。从政治关系、旅游气候资源、文化及民族特色几个方面探讨旅华市场对法国旅游者的吸引力,并从性别、职业、旅游目的、法国旅游者最感兴趣的旅游商品几个方面对法国旅华客源市场消费行为进行探讨研究。研究得出:自2005年以来,各个细分市场均呈上升趋势。其中,发展潜力大的细分市场有男性市场、学生市场和购物市场;中国深厚的文化对法国旅游者吸引力非常大,应大力发展市场上具有中国特色的旅游商品。最后,运用excel等计算机技术对搜集的数据进行回归分析,入境人数和入境外汇收入分别采用多项式回归分析和乘幂回归分析,预测出未来五年法国旅华客源市场各项旅游指标仍将持续增长。
