复杂环境下67 m厚壁烟囱爆破及安全控制技术

         

摘要

The paper introduces the experiment of the blasting demolition of 67m thick wall chimney under complex environment. Adopting high position directional collapse, using ANSYS numerical simulation to determine the direction of collapse, selecting reasonable blasting network and parameters, using three coats soft cover material in the blasting area for near protection, the experiment reduced the influence of blasting on the surrounding by the annular damping ditch and used aerial drones to keep control of the surrounding circumstances. This explosion achieved the desired results both in technology and safety, and could provide reference for similar blasting engineering projects.%文章介绍了复杂环境下67 m高壁厚烟囱爆破实例.采用高位切口定向倒塌,ANSYS数值模拟确定倒塌方向.选择合理的爆破网路和参数,在爆区使用三层柔质覆盖材料进行近体防护,首创开挖环形减震沟减少爆破对周边的影响,使用无人机航拍随时掌控周边情况.该爆破在技术和安全方面达到了预期效果,可为类似爆破工程提供经验.
