In this paper,the meaning,parts of speech and usages of Chinese auxiliary words “来着”and“的2”are discussed through analyzing,inducing and explicating.They indicate a certain temporal meaning and mood,so their parts of speech are controversial.To make foreign students acquire their usages,the paper sum-marizes their pragmatic meanings and functions,and some analyses,explanations and comparison are made when necessary.%在归纳汉语助词“来着”和“的2”的词性、词义与用法的基础上，对作为时间助词的“来着”和“的2”进行辨析，对留学生容易混淆的用法进行了辨析、解释：用于疑问句和表示惯常性行为的句子中的“来着”兼表完成义及提示注意的语气，属于“来着1+2”；时间助词“来着”和“的2”均表示发生于过去的时间义，二者在句中的位置、强调成分、结合的动词小类及否定形式、使用语体方面均存在一定差异。
