In this paper, a detailed survey of Jilin province Baishan City area of all the petty loan company based in Baishan City, summed up the area of the petty loan company's operating condition, the petty loan company's management, the petty loan company in the management process problems, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable development of small loan company.%本文基于对吉林省白山市辖区内所有小额贷款公司的详细调查，总结出白山市辖区内小额贷款公司的经营状况、小额贷款公司的管理状况以及小额贷款公司在经营管理过程中出现的问题，最后对小贷公司可持续发展提出了对策和建议。
