This paper analyzes the existing problems in the constructions of “double qualified teachers”in local application-oriented universities,and proposes quality requirements for the“double qualified teachers”.There are the following ways in the constructions:designing a complete system to strengthen training;achieving ability enhancement by definite proj ects;forming a team of teachers with full-time and part-time;building a platform to strengthen the construction of internal and external training bases and establishing a sound employment mech-anism through perfecting institutions.%分析了地方应用型本科院校“双师型”师资队伍建设中存在的问题，提出了对“双师型”教师的素质要求。阐述了“双师型”师资队伍建设的路径有：突出培养，构建完整的培训体系；项目引领，实现能力提升；广开渠道，构建专兼职师资队伍；搭建平台，加强校内外培训基地建设；完善有关制度，建立健全用人机制。
