Jiangsu province is the concentration area of talented people in China.Its talented people have made great contribution for the civilization and progress of Chinese Nation.Because of the difference of geography and culture in Jiangsu,the talents in south Jiangsu are much stronger than those in north Jiangsu.From data analysis,we find that the situation of large numbers of outstanding people in south Jiangsu is closely connected with developed economy of the area,and advanced education in south Jiangsu made a pivotal role between the talents and economy.%作为一个人才大省，江苏为中华民族的文明进步做出了重要贡献。但由于江苏独特的地理文化，苏南、苏北的人才分布呈南强北弱之势。通过数据分析可以发现，苏南人才密集的现象，与该地区发达的经济密不可分，而教育则在两者之间扮演了一个关键角色。
