Nowadays, chain supermarkets, as one of the living tacihtles,are closely related to people＇s lives. There are many chain supermarkets in Jiangsu at present and all of them are in fierce competition. Therefore the study of the supply chain management of supermarkets has become increasingly important. Under this background, with Suguo as an example, this paper tries to discover the problems and analyze the status quo of its supply chain, and further advance solutions to these problems.%当今社会，连锁超市作为生活配套设施之一，和人们的生活息息相关。目前，江苏省内有许多家连锁超市，竞争非常激烈。研究连锁超市供应链，已成为一个非常重要的课题。以此为背景，以苏果超市为例，对超市供应链的现状进行了分析，发现其中问题，并尝试提出相应的解决方案。
