Small and micro enterprises ,which mainly consists of businesses from the third industry or service industry ,provide good direct social service opportunities for the teachers of business specialty in higher vocational colleges .Briefly analyzing the function and the present situation of social service in higher vocational colleges ,this paper expounds the effective ways and measures for the teachers to provide direct social services for small and micro enterprises in Higher Vocational Colleges under the current economic environment .%小微企业多以第三产业或服务产业为主，为高职院校商科类专业教师直接服务社会提供了良好的契机。文章简述了高职院校社会服务的作用，分析了高职院校社会服务现状，重点阐述了当前经济环境下高职院校的一线教师为小微企业提供直接社会服务的有效途径和措施。
