本文从无锡商业职业技术学院国际商务专业群发展的现状出发，分析了国际商务专业群人才培养模式的特色和存在的不足，并从专业群人才培养体制、专业群课程体系建设、专业群实训体系建设和专业群师资队伍建设四个方面提出了完善的方向。%Based on present development situations of International Business specialty group in Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce ,the features and shortages of its talent training mode are analyzed to find talent training mode of International Business specialty group should be improved form four aspects :talent training system ,curricu-lum system construction ,practical training system construction and teaching staff construction .
