以机制创新提高职业培训的质量

         

摘要

我国职业培训一部分由职业院校完成,一部分由社会培训机构完成。当前,我国职业培训因存在管理的条块分割、准入门槛不高、师资力量不强等问题而导致培训质量不高及资源浪费,全社会应高度重视职业培训的重要性,探索社会职业培训的机制创新,加大监管力度,发挥高职院校的资源优势,提升职业培训质量。%The occupational training of our country is partly completed by vocational colleges and partly by so-cial training institutions.At present,the low quality and resources waste of occupational training are result from sec-tion division,low threshold and poor training staff.The whole society should attach great importance to occupational training and explore new training mechanisms.We should also strengthen the supervision and take advantage of the resources so as to improve the training quality.
