自我同一性理论是艾里克森心理学重要组成部分，其主张自我同一性的确立，是健康人格的重要基础。自我同一性是个体对社会及团体价值的认同，是个体在人生不同阶段发展起来的，关键期是人的青春期。中职生处在同一性的危机期，通过研究中职生同一性危机的状况、成因，有助于为构建中职生健康人格提供新思路。%The Ego-identity Theory is an important part of Eriksson’s psychology.It argues that the estab-lishment of Ego-identity is an important foundation of a healthy personality.Ego-identity is individual’s identity of the value of the social and group.It is established gradually through different stages of life,especially in one’s pu-berty.The secondary vocational students are in the period of crisis for Ego-identity.Therefore,the study of the situation and causes of their Ego-identity crisis is helpful to put forward new ideas for the shaping of their healthy personality.
