企业文化与校园文化是两个不同概念，但都属于社会亚文化的类别，二者有机融合，将有力推进校园文化建设水平。本文以电力行业院校江西电力职业技术学院为例，以国家电网公司优秀企业文化为参照，从高职院校校园文化建设的指导思想和总体目标出发，通过制度文化、节约文化、安全文化等校园文化建设的若干途径，建设优秀的校园文化，达到推进人才培养工作水平的目的。%Enterprise and campus culture are two different culture systems,they both belong to social sub-cul-ture,if combined suitably,it can highly improve the campus culture construction level.Based on Jiangxi Vocational&Technical College of Electricity,this paper argues from the guiding ideas and objectives of campus culture con-struction,which holds that campus culture should be constructed through mechanism culture,saving culture and safe culture.In this way we can achieve our goals.
