After three times of large-scale adjustment, the teaching quality and infrastructure in rural middle and elementary schools have been greatly improved. However, there are still some existing problems such as non - standard adjustment, too quick adjustment, teaching resources leaning to schools in the county center, boarding schools lack of living facilities, poor service and management, long distance way, safety problems and higher family expenditure on education. Based on the profound investigation, the author put forward some targeted and practical thinking.%经过3次大规模的布局调整,我国农村中小学教学质量得到了显著提高,办学条件和师资结构得到了较大改善。但也存在一些问题:调整撤并工作不规范,撤并速度过快;教育资源过度向县城所在地学校倾斜,造成新的结构失衡;部分寄宿制学校生活设施不足、条件简陋,管理和服务不到位;部分学生就学距离增加,交通安全风险增大;家庭教育支出增加、负担较重。作者在充分调研的基础上,提出了有针对性、且切实可行的农村中小学布局调整的构想。
