职业生涯规划教育的最终目的不仅要为学生提供信息、教给技巧、帮助就业，更重要的是要培养学生的职业规划能力。笔者在粤东地区的三所职业技术学院的学生中开展了抽样问卷调查，并对粤东地区高职学生的职业规划能力的现状及其原因进行分析，力图为进一步加强和改进大学生职业生涯规划教育提供比较有参考价值的一手资料。%Career education aims not only to develop students＇ skills for career, provide them informations and career guidance, but, moreover, to cultivate their ability to program their future careers. Through conducting a sampling questionnaire survey among students from three High Vocational Schools in East Guangdong, the writer analyzes the present situation and casuse of the ability of High Vocational Students in East Guangdong. Based on the analysis, this paper makes attempts to contribute valuable first hand information in terms of career eduaction in order to further strengthen and improve college students＇ ability to career development planning.
