以新疆维吾尔自治区为例，对民族地区经济增长中的制度因素进行了实证研究。通过构建民族地区制度因素指标体系和理论模型，发现制度因素，特别是经济制度因素在促进民族地区经济增长中发挥着至关重要的决定性作用，政治制度对民族地区经济增长也具有一定积极作用，法律制度对经济增长的作用则不明显。最后提出了促进民族地区经济增长的三条建议。%This paper takes the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,research the institutional factor of economic growth in ethnic minority areas empirically.Through the construction of minority areas institutional factor index institutional and theory model,this paper found that institutional factors,especially the economic institutional factors play a decisive role is crucial in promoting economic growth in Ethnic Minority Areas,The political institutional also has a positive effect on the economic growth,but the effect of legal institutional is not obvious.Finally,this paper puts forward three suggestions to promote the economic growth in Ethnic Regions.
