为了更好地发挥宝兰客专的经济带动作用,以及客观评价宝兰客专对甘肃区域经济发展的影响.本文分析了客运专线对区域经济发展的直接和间接影响,利用信息熵方法提取了评价宝兰客专对甘肃区域经济发展的影响指标,在此基础上,建立了基于实码加速遗传算法的投影寻踪评价模型.最后,以实例分析了该模型和算法的合理性及科学性.分析结果表明:基于实码加速遗传算法的投影寻踪评价模型能够解决高维数据全局寻优的难题,避免人为因素的干扰,是评价客运专线对区域经济发展影响的一种有效方法.%Direct and indirect influences which impact regional economic from Baoji-Lanzhou passenger dedicated line are analyzed,and influence indexes are picked up from those influences by information entropy.On that basis,the projection pursuit valuation model with real coded accelerating genetic algorithm is made in this paper,in order to play Baoji-Lanzhou passenger dedicated line in economic leading role and objectively evaluate impact on Gansu provincial economy.Finally,rationality and scientificity of this model and algorithm are analyzed by instance.The results show that difficult problem of high-dimensional data global optimization and personal factors can be solved by the projection pursuit valuation model,and it is an efficient method to evaluate influence of the passenger dedicated line on the development of regional economy.
