Butralin as herbicide has many merits,such as easy to use,safe,broad spectrum weed control,low toxicity,low residue,etc..It is superior to other similar herbicides.But the main formulations of butralin currently at home and abroad are EC and EC contains a large amount of volatile organic solvents in the process of production,packaging and using them can cause great harm to human,animal and environment.So green and relatively inexpensive new solid forms have become an inevitable trend.New solid formulation has been developped by formulation screening.It is low-cost,no organic solvent with good development potential.This solid formulation domestic has not been reported and the performance indicators have reached the national standard.It lays the foundation for further promoting the use of butralin.%仲丁灵(butralin)作为除草剂,具有使用方便、安全性高,除草谱广,低毒、低残留,优于其它同类除草剂.但仲丁灵农药目前国内外的主要剂型均为乳油,品种单一,且因为乳油中含大量的挥发性有机溶剂,在生产、包装和使用过程中对人、畜和环境均造成很大危害,因此开发安全性高、绿色环保的固体新剂型成为必然趋势.通过固体制剂的配方筛选,研制出成本低,无有机溶剂,具有良好开发潜力的仲丁灵农药新剂型,该农药固体剂型国内尚无人报道,且各项性能指标均达到国家标准.为仲丁灵的进一步推广使用奠定基础.
