高职院校软件专业人才评价体系的研究

         

摘要

在对软件企业对高职院校软件专业人才需求调研的基础上,使用层次法从职业能力和职业素质两个方面、八个维度建立高职院校软件专业人才评价模型。力求准确把握企业对高职院校毕业生的素质结构要求,探寻高职院校人才培养的相应对策,以实现人才培养与社会职业岗位的接轨.从而提升高职毕业生的职业竞争能力。%In this paper,based on the research of the software enterprises in vocational colleges software professionals demand use AHP from both professional competence and professional quality,eight dimensions of establishing vocational colleges evaluation model of software professionals.We strive to accurately grasp the structural requirements of the quality of vocational college graduates countermeasures to explore vocational colleges personnel training,in order to achieve the personnel training and social standards of professional positions.Vocational graduates so as to enhance their competitive abilities.
