With the development of variable frequency speed control technology, variable frequency speed regulation in petrochemical industry is applied widely.It can not only meet the production process requirements for motor speed control, but also can save energy and reduce the production cost.This paper analyzes the principle of energy-saving inverter fan, and boiler fan device for implementing frequency control and data monitoring, the frequency transformation after production unit energy saving effect and economic benefits.%随着变频调速技术的发展，变频调速在石化工业中的应用越来越广泛，它不仅能满足生产工艺对电机调速控制的要求，还能够节约能源，降低生产成本。分析了风机变频改造节能的原理，并对实施变频调速改造的锅炉风机装置进行数据监测，得出了变频调速改造后生产装置的节能效果和经济效益。
