In the modern processing technology,in order to obtain higher processing speed,save costs,and reduce waste,it needs to work out reasonable processing technology plans first,which demands high request on the pro-cessing designer.In this paper,it has designed a practical NC turning processing scheme and programming skills a-bout a ring on the shaft,the result shows that it has strong guidance for practical production and provides the refer-ence for turning the similar parts,taking an example for the ring which set on the shaft.%以套在轴上的圆环为例，设计制定了轴及圆环同时加工的数控车削加工方案以及编程技巧，加工结果显示，该方法对于实际生产具有较强的指导作用，为类似零件的加工提供参考。
