In this paper,the core-expanded benzene derivative (6 CNTM)bearing two 2-(1 ,3-dithiol-2-yli-dene)malonitrile group at the central benzene core are designed and synthesized.Here,their optical and electro-chemical properties were investigated by UV -Vis absorption and cyclic voltammetry .Importantly,the charge transport properties of thin film OFET based-on 6CNTMwere stuied for the first time.Thin film OFETs shows e-lectron transport performance (μe=6.6 ×10 -3cm2/V·s,Vth =14V and Ion/Ioff=4 ×102).This result com-fimed acenes modified by two moieties are promising high-performance,ambient-stable n-type organic semi-conductors.%通过在苯环中心引入两个2-(1,3-二巯基-2-亚基)丙二腈基团,设计合成了苯环扩展的衍生物6 CNTM。通过紫外-可见吸收和循环伏安法研究其光学和电化学性质;首次研究了基于材料6 CNTM的薄膜OFET的电荷传输性质。结果显示:薄膜OFET器件具有电子传输性能,电子迁移率为6.62×10-3cm2/V·s,阈值电压(Vth)为14V,开关比(Ion/Iof)为4×102。为将此基团引入并苯化合物中,设计合成高性能、空气中稳定的n-型有机半导体材料提供前瞻性指导。
