Horizontal well increases the contact area of the reservoir,with single well controlled reserves,large drain-age area,high capacity and strong adaptation ability,all these are advantages of reservoir.Horizontal well technology applied in the whole process of oilfield development is to increase oil production,oil recovery and benefit,which is an important technology.A production plant of 98 wells,the oil level 358T,has become an important support for the oil production plant to improve production efficiency,and these 98 horizontal wells’average oil production is l3.7t per well,characterized by low single well production.Further analysis proposed measures to solve the problem.%水平井增加了油藏的接触面积，具有单井控制储量多、泄油面积大、产能高、油藏适应能力强等优势，水平井开发技术适用于油田开发的全过程，是提高油井产量、油田采收率和开发效益的一项重要技术。某采油厂目前水平井开井98口，日产油水平358t，已成为该采油厂增产增效的重要支撑，而目前98口水平井平均单井日产油3．7t，表现出单井产量低的特征。通过进一步剖析水平井低产的原因，提出增产措施是目前面临的重要问题。
